Booking Conditions

1.Your Contract.

Our contract with you will take effect only when we send you written confirmation of your booking which will be subject to our booking conditions. When you book your accommodation with FindBulgaria.co.uk you are bonded to our terms and conditions and responsible for the payment of the whole accommodation bill. We will send all the information and documents for the accommodation to you for all the members of your party. It is important to check carefully, as soon as you receive your confirmation, that it is exactly what you booked. Our responsibility is to provide you with the accommodation we have confirmed. If you want to cancel or change the booking after the payment has been made, you may have to pay an amendment or cancellation charges. They could be as much as the whole cost. These booking conditions apply to all arrangements provided by FindBularia.co.uk as the supplier. At the same time the booking conditions likewise are considered a condition of the contract for any representative for FindBularia.co.uk.

2.Pricing

Prices are quoted in British Pounds. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you book.

3.What's Included:

Accommodation as confirmed on your invoice. Full board is breakfast, lunch and dinner; half board is breakfast and dinner; bed and breakfast is breakfast only; room only(self catering) is no meals. VAT is included in the cost of all accommodations. This is not reclaimable by VAT registered persons.

4.What's not included?

  • Insurance, which you must have.
  • Hotel charges for facilities such as sun beds, safety deposit boxes, tennis courts, and equipment.
  • Excursions and other personal expenditure.
  • Transfers to and from the airport are not included.
  • Provision of cots for infants (unless stated at time of booking) also infants meals.

5.Our Price Guarantee.

We do change prices from time to time. Prices can go down as well as up and you will be able to determine your up to date price for your chosen accommodation prior to confirming your booking. We guarantee that once you have made your booking and we will not increase the price of your accommodation - this includes any changes to VAT or Government Taxes.

6.If You Want To Change your Booking?

 You may amend your booking request at any time during the booking process.If you want to amend any of the details of your booking after we have sent you confirmation, we will do our best to help. Any amends can be submitted through "My Account". If we are able to make the change there will be a charge as shown on the scale below. This charge will be based on the date we receive your letter. If the cost of your booking increases (above £30), there will be no Admin charge for changes to your booking.

7.Extension of Stay.

In case you would like to extend your stay with the hotel you initially booked through FindBulgaria.co.uk, you must contact our Customer Service Center. Please note that any Extensions of Stay arranged directly with the hotel are not covered by FindBulgaria.co.uk.

8.Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9.If we change your accommodation.

Every effort is made to maintain arrangements as advertised, however as they are planned many months in advance changes may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute alternative accommodation of the same or superior standard in the same resort should this become unavoidable. Occasionally it may be possible to offer alternatives of lower standard or in different resort. In these circumstances compensation may be offered. Where FindBulgaria.co.uk is unable to confirm a suitable alternative, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and an e-mail notification will be sent to inform you of the details. (You have no right to cancel your booking after you have left to take up your accommodation).<

10.Number of nights.

The “no. of nights” stated in our price refers to the number of nights the accommodation has been reserved for you. Some flights are night flights. When you arrive in resort your accommodation will be available, as it has been reserved the whole night. This therefore counts as one of your holiday accommodation nights.

11.Indemnity.

When you book accommodation with us you accept responsibility for any damage to property or accommodation caused by you or by any member of your party. You agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the owner of any such property or accommodation.

12.Misbehaviour.

We and our supplier reserve the right to terminate without notice the accommodation arrangements of any customer whose behaviour, in our opinion, is likely to cause annoyance, distress or danger to other customers or any third party. If you are prevented from travelling because you appear, to any person in authority, to be unfit to travel or likely to cause discomfort or disturbance to other passengers our responsibility for your accommodation will cease. Full cancellation charges will apply and we and our supplier will be under no obligation to provide any further assistance.

13.Problems.

In the unlikely event of a problem the matter must be immediately brought to the attention of the accommodation reception. Should this action not resolve the matter to your satisfaction then our local representative agent must be contacted (please note that the agents contact telephone number is supplied with all FindBulgaria.co.uk accommodation details). Most difficulties can be resolved quickly and easily remedied. But only if the problem is promptly reported. Please be advised that it is essential that you follow procedure to enable our overseas agents the opportunity to personally investigate the problem. In such instances our local agents will provide us with a full written report of your complaint. FindBularia.co.uk regretfully will not accept any complaint as valid unless the correct reporting procedure is adhered to. In the unlikely event of the problem not being resolved satisfactorily then full details should be sent to our offices not later than 14 days after the return from your travels. If you incur extra expenses and you feel these should be paid by FindBulgaria.co.uk, we will only consider any claims when full invoices or receipts for those expenses are produced, production of these invoices or receipts does not automatically mean we will pay those expenses.

14.Disputes.

In the event of any dispute our liability shall not exceed the charge for the accommodation provided. Any litigation will be subject to English Law.

15.Insurance

It is a obligatory to have travel insurance for the length of your stay in Bulgaria.

16.Travel documents

It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents. If we or your carrier are fined as a result of you holding incorrect documents, we will ask you to pay this amount.

17.Special Request

We will try to meet any special requests you tell us about before you leave but we cannot guarantee anything. If we cannot meet your special request, we will not pay any compensation. We will not always be able to tell you before you leave if we cannot meet your special requests. We cannot accept special requests in relation to late availability or other special offers of accommodation.
