Cancellation of Booking:
Once you have submitted your Booking the following Cancellation Policy applies:
If you want to cancel after submitting your Booking, a cancellation fee of 30 £ will apply unless any of the below Regional Cancellation Policies apply or unless notified otherwise by email. If we receive your notification of cancellation request MORE THAN 14 days preceding your check-in/pick up date, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £, unless any of the below Regional Cancellation Policies apply or unless notified otherwise by email.
Amendments:
All amendment requests for extension nights or additional rooms are subject to availability. All amendments will incur a fee of 15 £. If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked, reduction of duration of car rental etc.), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 4% of the total value or 15 £, whichever is the greater amount, unless notified otherwise by email.
Regional Cancellation Policies.
Ski resorts Accommodation:
Low Season (30 Mar- 01 Dec ): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 14 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 14 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
High Season (01 Dec -20 Dec,07 Jan -30 Mar): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 21 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 21 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
Peak Season (20 Dec - 07 Jan): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 30 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 30 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
Beach resorts Accommodation:
Low Season (01 Oct - 31 May): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 14 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 14 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies)
High Season (01 June - 30 June,31 Aug – 30 Sept): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 21 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 21 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
Peak Season (01 Jul - - 31 Aug): If we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 60 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 60 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
City/Rural Accommodation:
Any time excluding the periods of an increase in demand over weekends, trade shows or special events, if we receive your notification of cancellation or your booking amendment request more than 14 days prior to your check-in date or unless stated otherwise, we will refund the entire amount of your payment submitted, minus a cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the booking total value, but not lesser than 30 £. If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 14 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).
No refunds will be made for no-shows at Accommodation or failure to produce relevant documents, early leaves or cancellations after the start date. There are no refunds for any unused days in your Accommodation.
Beach resorts Car Rental and Transfers:

If we receive your notification of cancellation or booking amendment request within 14 days prior to your check-in date you will be charged in full for the entire duration of your stay (i.e. you are subject to a 100% charge and no refund applies).

No refunds will be made for no-shows at destination or failure to produce relevant documents including driving license, early returns or cancellations after the hire start date. There are no refunds for any unused days.
To cancel your Alternative Holiday or Group Booking.
We have different Cancellation conditions on each Alternative Holiday program or Group booking. For precise information please contact us with your question, quoting the program you are interested in.
How to cancel?
You may submit your notification of cancellation through 'My Account'. Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellation requests by phone or fax. Cancellations must show your BOOKING ID and email address you originally used to make your booking. Cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation. If you have submitted your cancellation and do not receive our confirming receipt by email do contact us IMMEDIATELY.
To cancel your Booking please access 'My Account'.
-Proceed to 'My Account'
-Enter your email address and password (supplied to you by email) and click on 'Log In'
-Select your Booking ID from the drop down menu
-Select 'Cancel Booking Request' and click on 'Submit'
-Select 'Reason for Cancellation', enter comments and click on 'Submit'
