Homemade baked - bath pie from Bulgaria
Ingridients|:
eggs - 6 pcs.
salt - a pinch
flour - about 500 g
FOR THE STUFFING
cheese
cow butter - 50 g
BATH PIE
Knead a soft dough from the eggs, salt and flour. Divide into 10 equal sized balls. Roll each ball into a very thin sheet with the diameter of the pan in which you will bake it.

Heat water in a wide saucepan. Take a peel and drop it into the boiling water for one minute. Pour into a bowl of cold water. Remove the peel from the hot water and shock it into the cold.
Take it out and put it on the bottom of a wide pan that you have previously greased with cow butter. Sprinkle with some cheese and melted butter. Take a second peel and repeat the procedure.
Proceed in the same way with the rest of the crusts for the bath pie until the quantities are used up, placing whole pieces instead of melted butter on the last crust. Turn on the stove on a low setting and bake the patty on both sides. When turning the baked pie, you help yourself with a large plate.
