Patatnik
Patatnik - grated potatoes, onions, salt and very mild mint
Ingridients:
potatoes - 1 kg
eggs - 3 pcs.
cottage cheese - 3 handfuls, crumbled (cheese)
salt - 1 tsp equal to taste
jojen - several stalks fresh or dried
onion - 1 head
oil - for the pan, or other
DIRECTIONS
Peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, cottage cheese, finely chopped onion and garlic (fresh is tastier, but it can also be dried), and salt.
Mix them with the grated potatoes and pour the whole mixture into a frying pan with heated fat (oil or other). Quickly spread the bottom of the pan with a non-stick coating so that the thickness is uniform throughout.
We bake on medium-low heat and, if possible, the pan is covered, and after about 15-20 minutes, we turn carefully with the help of the lid, turning sharply and then sliding it back into the pan.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes (you can now without the lid). After the meal is ready, we place a large plate on top upside down (facing the patatnik) and turn it over so that the bottom side of the patatnik falls on top. We serve it still warm.
Easy and economical patatnik in Smolyansk! Extremely delicious!
