Pie with minced meat

Traditional pie featuring lean beef mince carrots, celery, onion and gravy

Products:
500 g mince mixture
1 and 1/2 onions
1 small clove of garlic
30 ml. olive oil
pepper
1 tsp paprika
salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp. fenugreek
1 tbsp. home. sauce
1 package of fine crusts
125 g of butter
3 eggs
300 ml. milk

Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil and a little water. When they are soft, add the minced meat and shred it with a fork. Add the spices and mix well. Stir in a spoonful of tomato sauce. Fry the minced meat until done. Let it cool down.

Melt the butter. Dissolve the peels. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare a tray. Cover with three pieces of crust. Sprinkle with minced meat evenly.

Cover again with three pieces of crust and sprinkle with minced meat evenly. In the same way, alternate skins and minced meat until the products are exhausted. Cut the pastry into pieces using a knife and drizzle with butter, making sure it gets into the grooves you cut.

In a bowl, beat the three eggs and the milk. Pour the mixture over the cake and bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Serve with yogurt.
